I am Mariana Salazar, I excel at mediating and driving meaningful conversations that lead to action.
With over 10 years of experience in the technology industry, today my entire focus is on helping people and companies match their impact with their intentions, I believe that can only be achieved by taking a step back and rethink how problems are explored, solutions defined and execution is driven.
From spearheading customer support experience to enabling products and services or enabling a sales team, facilitating skills have allowed me to drive impact and team building.
I maintain a strong LinkedIn presence, sharing insights on facilitation techniques, my freelance journey (I own Cat Instinct, a small business on cat behavior) and contributing with multiple networks of women, facilitators and LATAM leaders. My areas of expertise include customer experience in B2B tech, manufacturing, finance, and the pet space.
